Bank Negara "Bank Negara" means the Central Bank of Malaysia established under the Central Bank of Malaysia Act 1958 [Act 519];

Bank Negara "board", in relation to a corporation, means the board of directors or other governing authority of the corporation; "books" include- (a) a register; (b) any other record of information; (c) accounts or accounting records, however compiled, recorded or stored; and (d) a document;
